Process Technician OH Open (J#24937)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 4 - 9 years

INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS TECHNICIAN

We are looking for an experienced hands-on processor able to guide us through processing issues and coordinating and streamlining our injection molding start-ups and processing. This will be a key position in our injection molding operations. Key components for this position are:
1. Experience in troubleshooting problems on injection presses and
processing;
2. Ability to problem solve and diagnose processing issues;
3. Experience optimizing and locking down molding processes;
4. Must have background in starting up and dialing in injection molding
Machine;
5. Training of Mold Setter Processors in processing and trouble shooting;
6. Fundamental understanding of Injection Molding Machines, molds,
plastic parts, setting of molds and molding operations;
7. Experience with different processing technologies and a variety of
engineered resins;
8. Automation experience (robotics);
9. Scientific Molding and D.O.E. Gas assist a plus;
10. Ability and comfort level with utilizing Microsoft Office suite of
Products;
11. Fills in as supervisor when necessary. Must be able to operate and
function with people as a team.
At least five years experience in processing/start ups in an injection molding facility.
