Experience: 4 - 9 years

Thermoplastic Injection Molding facility new sattelite of established Michigan company.

Most parts are for chair sub-assemblies. Multi-cavity molds include family molds.

Must wear multiple "hats" doing mold setting, processing, and other related duties. Must be familiar with some types of trouble-shooting strategies such as de-coupled molding, RJG, or scientific molding. Must be able to determine why quality issues develop and be able to solve the problem

Must be team oriented, supporting the work of others to meet the customer's needs.
