Process Technician MO 36 - 41k (J#23090)
Education: High School
Experience: 4 - 9 years

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Sample new molds and give a written report on reifnements necessary to achieve production
capability to achieve quoted cycle time and product output
* Improve the profit margins of production jobs through process optimization and scrap reduction
* Demonstrate and apply an advanced level of understanding of plastic processing
* Establish the optimum process for each production job, ensuring each job meets or beats quoted
cycle, scrap rate, and labor rates
* Ensure all optimum processes are saved to disk as available and written
REQUIREMENTS
* Forklift training and certification
* Steel-toe shoes/boots
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an injectin molding facility.
