| Maintenance Technician IL 50 - Open (J#23235) Education: High School Experience: 4 - 9 years Maintenance Technician 3rd shift The Stant Corporation is the nations leading developer and manufacturer of automotive fuel systems, fuel caps, radiator caps and thermostats. Company products are sold in the U.S. and Canada by the vast majority of wholesale automotive parts distribution outlets and to automotive OEMs. Our products are also manufactured and sold in industrial markets in the U.S. and internationally. We offer an excellent pay and benefits package including off-shift premium pay. We seek a self-starter who, with minimal direction, enjoys identifying equipment issues and troubleshooting custom plastics manufacturing machinery. The successful candidate will have dynamic communication skills for working with operators and technicians to identify symptoms and assess causes for equipment malfunctions. Other duties include performing preventive/predictive maintenance, installations and special projects. The position requires 5 years experience performing maintenance on injection molding, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, schematics and blueprints is required. Comfort with the use of personal computers and familiarity with MSOffice is required as well.
