Maintenance Manager PA 50 - 70k (J#15062)
Education: High School
Experience: 4 - 9 years

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, hands-on injection molding maintenance leader. Must be responsible and hard-working. Must have good communications abilities, both verbal and written. Must be able to lead Maintenance Department, providing quality production support with maximum efficiency, safety and plant and equipment cleanliness. This is a key position reporting directly to the president.

Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration, and electronic equipment, circuits and controls pertaining to an injection molding facility.

Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding machines, screws, barrels, robotics and auxiliary equipment.

Able to plan, develop, implement and maintain an effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program with emphasis on Preventative Maintenance (PM) in order to insure trouble free operation and maximum efficiency from production machines and equipment.

Responsible for implementing visual workplace controls (5S) in which every machine, plant system and auxiliary equipment is labeled with mistake-proof TPM instructions. Provide detailed checklists for carrying out routine TPM procedures.

Supervise, manage, train and prioritize work for maintenance staff. Implement employee training for maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and equipment. Provide lead technical direction for resolving maintenance problems. Maintains records of ongoing maintenance work instructions and maintenance history.

Responsible for coordinating plant projects, installation of systems, machines and equipment in conjunction with outside contractors. Manages fleet of company vehicles and forklifts. Manages janitorial and landscaping services.

High School or Technical School diploma. Forklift Certification.
