| Corporate/Master Trainer GA Open (J#11439) Education: Associates Degree Experience: 4 - 9 years ALPLA, Inc. is a world leader in the plastics processing industry. Our main business is the production of plastic bottles, caps and packaging systems. We have more than 90 plants in over 29 countries (4 in the U.S. and were still growing!). We have the following opening: Master Trainer EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) The main responsibilities are to provide training materials to meet local needs, update trainers on new technologies and trends, as well as document training activities and provide evaluations to the relevant managers and HR representatives at the local plants. This position will require he or she to act as a liaison between our global corporate offices and the Local Lead EBM Trainers at each location. Must have 5 years experience in Extrusion Blow Molding and a minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a trainer. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Access), and the ability to explain difficult technical concepts in a way which is easy to understand.
