I am looking for an Engineering Manager for a very good Client of mine that is in the composites arena. They are a non-automotive manufacturer that is in aerospace, military, Transportation and green energy. This will be an expansion that will be 300 sq ft. facility that will employee upward Of 300people. This company is exploding! My client is growing at breakneck speed 12-15 years. Requirements: Lean Manufacturing experience. Composites. (i.e... Hand lay,SMC,VARTM,RTM) Solid communication skills. Larger component manufacturing expertise. Budget management.
