ABC Technologies, Inc. an ABC Group company located in Gallatin, TN seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer with a focus on continuous process improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is the lead for all lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.

Through time studies, cell re-design, weight and cycle time analysis, this position works closely with the management team to execute and sustain lean process and meet annual cost reduction goals. This position will lead oversee all continuous improvement project design and execution to make a positive impact on the manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus in industrial or manufacturing engineering. A minimum of 1 year in a lean automotive manufacturing facility and extensive knowledge of lean principles (Six Sigma not required). Must be detail oriented, ability to lead teams of various levels, as well as excellent computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, MS Project, AutoCAD, Visio, etc.)
