Thomson Plastics, Inc is a fast paced 24 hour 7 day a week manufacturing company in search of the right candidate to lead HR services, programs and policies of the company. This position's responsibilities include: safety and training, recruiting/staffing, performance mgmt and improvement programs, employment and regulatroy compliance, company/employee relations and communications, comp and benefits administration and facility security.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and a competitive benefit package is available.
