Position: Will work out of the plant Southeast of Indianapolis, IN Reports to the General Manager This is a high profile position with room for advancement, could lead to a Plant Manager role This is a new position open due to growth Will manage and grow the Healthcare/Medical team The actual title is Healthcare Manufacturing Leader but Business Unit Manager Clean Room Manager may be more apt Requirements: At least 5 years direct manufacturing supervision experience in the Healthcare/Medical industry At least 1 year clean-room experience Strong knowledge of FDA and cGMP requirements with ISO 13485 a plus Hands on plastic injection molding experience Degree preferred but not required Compensation: Salary is Open 15% Bonus potential Great benefits including Pension and 401k with match Relocation assistance | |||
