Development Engineer NC 70 - 80k (J#16140)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 10 - 20 years

Precision Concepts Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Development Engineer to head-up the New Product Development department at our facility in Winston-Salem, NC. PCG is a precision metal stamper and insert molder of small intricate parts used in the electronics, military, medical, and consumer goods industries. We work with very close tolerance in both our stamping and molding components usually within .0002". We work with Bruderer presses for our stamping and Nissi and Arburg molding presses for our conventional, reel-to-reel, and rotary molding.
Candidate must have good experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MoldFlow, and all other relevant computer software. Must have ability to design molds, calculate part weights, shot sizes, runner configurations, and cycle time.
Responsibilities of this position would include managing all incoming requests for quotes, communication with vendors for raw material prices and tooling, contact with customers to discuss product design and feasibility, follow through after quote submital.
