CNC PROGRAMMER Specialist

An Injection Molding global manufacturer has an opportunity for an experienced, team-oriented individuals to fill the role of CNC Programmer specialist in our CNC Department In Clearwater, Florida.

Must have 5 years experience in CNC Programming of Prismatic and complex topologies for short run tool-room production. A background in Unigraphics CAD/Cam is required.

Must have experience programming for 3, 4 and 5 axis vertical and horizontal milling machines. Knowledge of plastic injection mold making, high speed machining, electrode design/manufacturing, and moldframe manufacturing is important.

Key skills include teamwork, communication, organization, creativity, accuracy, logic, mathematics, spatialrelations, manufacturing strategies, machinability data and tooling selection.

The following is a list of the tasks and duties for the experienced CNC Programmer.

Must have good knowledge and understanding of G code
Must have mechanical principles, advanced shop mathematics, simple algebra, precision measuring procedures.
Will be required to read & interpret blueprints
Must have good math and computer skills.
