| Automation Technician IN Open (J#11330) Education: Associates Degree Experience: 4 - 9 years HDP (Home Design Products), a fast growing palstic injection molding manufacturer is seeking an experienced Automation Technician in our Anderson Indiana facility, with industrial experience to install, program, troubleshoot, and repair robotics and automation equipment used in the manufacturing process. This classification entails multiple Automation skill sets. Running conduit, pulling wire, building electrical panels per prints from scratch and firm understanding of NEC (national electric code). Reading Building Prints, Electrical Schematic prints, Ladder diagram prints. Familiar with Smart Screen Display programming (basic), PLC basic programming, & Robotic Programming basic skills for Wittmann, Ranger, and ABB Robots. Firm understanding of Motor Starters, Sensors, Fiber Optics, Solenoid Valve systems Pneumatic and Hydraulic. Strong Electrical Trouble shooting skill set. Capable of running project build projects with self motivation and independent work ethic a must. Good PC and communication skills. Resumes must include salary history or salary requirements. | |||
