| ASSISTANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR MO Open (J#14029) Education: High School Needed immediately, Assistant Shift Supervisor for custom injection molding company. Duties and responsibilities consist of: Supervise all Operators and assign duties daily. Train Operators and Lead Operators to meet job expectations and responsibilities. Practice proper material handling and labeling. Demonstrate and apply a basic understanding of materials. Demonstrate an understanding of machine operation without supervision and a general understanding of advanced machine operation. Assist the Shift Supervisor in maximizing shift production of quality parts. Raise all quality and safety issues to the Shift Supervisor. Review the production sheet at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy. Provide sufficient back-up to the Shift Supervisor during their absence. This is a full time position with benefits, including health/dental insurance and 401(k) plan. Drug-free and clean work environment. | |||
