Automation Technician IA 38 - 44k (J#24925)
Education: High School
Experience: 4 - 9 years

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years experience in the plastics or automation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and IML.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee will set-up, maintain and operate all work cells/assembly processes as required to meet production needs.
Assist with conducting proof of concept experiments, design robot end of arm tooling, and set-up fixtures needed to facilitate assembly lines.
Participate in the automation design review / acceptance phase at the vendors facility to insure compliance with industry standards and regulations if required.
Assist with installation, production start-up, and validation of automation systems.
