Amcor PET Packaging is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager for their Ann Arbor facility.

Our Account Managers are instrumental in securing new business opportunities for growing the North American Diversified Products business portfolio across the Mid-West region. We need a take charge manager to work on heavily action-oriented leads to identify and acquire new accounts with significant growth potential. Oversee resources as required to keep an active pipeline of development. Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with new and existing customers.

Focus will include acting as the primary contact to the customer, resolving issues (AR, quality) and providing strong service support. Develop action plan for achieving targets and identify specific actions to improve earnings; will work on contract negotiations.

The Manager is accountable for year over year sales volume growth year-over-year growth and account financials (PBITA, volume/share, pocket margin) as well as sales conversion hit rates. We are seeking a confident, new business development professional with superior sales and supervisory ability. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with computer literacy. A Bachelors degree is required and an MBA is ideal.
